Few people from Sobha Dreams project has raised a consumer issue with DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS

Looks like Sobha Developer are so indifferent that they don't even bother to reply even to the Government of India. Here is the snippet from the Government of India

Kindly refer to our earlier letter on the above cited subject. It is most unfortunate that an organization of your repute has not responded till date to the complaint. We would request you to respond to this matter at the earliest and in case you have not received the earlier mail, kindly find the attached letter for your immediate action.

We are confident, you will agree that resolving complaints is of great value for you and needs prompt attention to have a satisfied customer.

In case we fail to receive your response within a fortnight of the receipt of this letter, we shall have no other option but to make your attitude public in terms of dealing with your customer complaints and to advise complainant to initiate legal action.

We hope you will treat this matter as most urgent and do the needful.

Sobha drops Dreams 1 Project

Sobha developer has decided to drop Dreams 1 Project. All clients seems to have received a mail w.r.t to this. The dreams 1 project is taken off the web, The current list of projects does not show dreams1 in it. Here is the list of current projects from sobha developers

Looks like they plan to sell it later and fool all client who have booked flats with them. Highly unethical from Sobha Developers part.

How to publish to this blog

There has been a query on what is the intent of the blog and how others can contribute and publish to this blog.

We wanted this to be a forum where anyone who has an sobha booking can post to this blog and let know their experience. Also the main intent of this blog is to make our postings on our googlegroups and MSN searchable by others. The main problem is since google groups is in beta all our postings are not searchable I guess.

So here is how you can post to this blog.

1. Signup for a blog account on this site
2. Send your account name along with you flat no to our MSN or google groups requesting for post access
(Note: The request for flat no is to avoid any other spammers, If you think its sensitive data . Pls feel free to raise your voice)
